I'm a natural-born manager with a creative soul. Which means I genuinely love a well-built workflow and a great concept, and I'm most useful exactly at the intersection of the two. My job is to be the person who makes things happen: the one who reads a brief, sees five ways it could go wrong, fixes them before anyone notices, and still gets the campaign out on time. I've led projects with brands like Disney & Marvel, Adidas, Ferrero and Volvo, launched new products, managed 40+ commercial shoots, and built production studio from the ground up.
I'm also a surfer, which means I know exactly what it feels like to paddle hard for two hours straight, fight every current, and earn about 30 seconds of pure glory on a wave. Creative work feels pretty similar. The process is demanding, generally chaotic,
